Amazing experience!

I was a little nervous going in to get laser tattoo removal. As soon as I walked into the spa the décor was so Zen-like it really brought down my anxiety level. Timi was so sweet, she offered me a beverage upon my arrival which was a very nice touch. In a few minutes I was lead to my procedure room. Every inch of the spa was spotlessly clean and the room was disinfected thoroughly. I was surprised to find out that they numb the tattooed area before the procedure. That put me at ease. The numbing took longer than the actual procedure. Timi made sure I was feeling comfortable before, during and after the procedure.

I am totally looking forward to my next appointment!
